Engineer Srikanth Raviprasad dreamed of becoming an astronaut from the time he was a child, and he’s still reaching for the stars today. His work with individuals with disabilities led him to a surprising revelation that adaptability is the key to success in space travel and in business.

Srikanth Raviprasad works at Gulfstream Aerospace as a Stress Analysis Engineer and is a diversity and inclusion ambassador. He is also the Director of Products and Services at ARISE Impact, a disability non-profit startup working to empower individuals with disabilities through education.
